COVID-19 Health and Hygiene Policy

The health, safety and well-being of our clients and people is our top priority and we are following the lead of Australian health authorities at this important time, in light of the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) developments.
We have zero cases of the virus reported from our staff and their families at this time of writing.
1. eCentral is a distributed organisation with our people predominately working remotely from various places across the planet in relatively isolated circumstances normally.
2. eCentral cares deeply about its people and clients and is standing by to deal with any challenges that might arise.
In step with this:
a. eCentral's commitment to monthly client meetings is a baseline KPI, but we will attend these meetings via video, phone or screen cast where ever possible during this period.
b. Our people have been encouraged to consider health and hygiene in all matters to keep themselves and family safe and ready. (eCentral's team are healthy non-smokers with good dietary habits).
c. eCentral is ready to respond immediately to client needs regards Coronavirus or other.
We are monitoring closely and ensuring our own best practices align with the guidance provided by public health and government organizations. Your health and well-being, and that of our associates, remains at the forefront.
