Does your website need to sell - John Dwyer

Mon 9:15pm 12 Feb 2018

There are certain factors of importance your business needs to work on in order to have a website that truly "sells." It begins with the impact of the website itself, and its initial impressions. According to John Dwyer, it is important for a website to be a "24/7 sales person," and shouldn’t just be treated as an information portal.

Businesses need to have a creative homepage headline that's easily accessible, digestable and understandable. John Dwyer also advises that in order for you to make a sales machine based on the information you have, there are some key ingredients to consider. Information should be delivered with a certain degree of specificity in order for people to directly understand any headlining topics as well as details written on the page.

Branding is also a big component. Your website has to support your brand demeanour and when it comes to online presence, your branding must shine through with consistency across all your platforms and media.  It needs to have purpose, providing value, trustworthiness and reassurance.

John Nayler notes that “Websites are functional, websites do things, websites educate people and forming them.’’  In addition to this, websites are dynamic beings that allow individuals to interact and learn from them.

If you want to learn more about website strategies that work, contact John Dwyer today through https://www.theinstituteofwow.com/.
