Aptus Plumbing & Gas were referred to eCentral by another one of our Queensland's Best clients. Brett, the owner of the business had 3 meetings with eCentral prior to his engagement with us, which culminated in Aptus Plumbing and Gas joining the ranks of Queensland's Best in March 2019. Brett wanted to be 100% sure that we were the best company to be his Marketing Managers. We think he chose wisely and the results are evident in his financial outlook and overall position as No.1 in an organic search on Google for plumbers northside.

This was achieved with a range of our industry best practice white hat SEO techniques mixed with some very particular secret techniques developed since the business inception in 1999. Notably, this marketing success has been achieved WITHOUT a single paid Google or Facebook ad!

This was Brett's first attempt to move into the residential market arena and eCentral was his first ever association with a Marketing Agency. Most of Aptus Plumbing & Gas's work was coming through Real Estates and Property Managers and as a very astute businessman, Brett wanted his business to be more resilient with the direct sell model. We refined the search engine optimisation (SEO), page content, installed our unique Jetstream plugin enhancements, news-casting and added locality pages. eCentral were also able to conduct a "customer service" training session for all Aptus Plumbing & Gas staff at one of their regular weekly meetings. Further into the year we began to run competitions, send out newsletters from our in-house Jetstream platform, we added a separate set of Suburb pages to market their hot water repair services and added a jobs page. They were becoming a wanted service with their reputation being recognised as second to none.  eCentral's week in week out efforts continue to take effect and escalate Aptus Plumbing & Gas's profile. In February 2020, Brett saw enough results and engaged us to expand his territory into the Moreton Shire, so much was his trust in our team of dedicated staff.
