As eCentral constantly innovates as Marketing Managers, we have found another feature to add to our client's digital engagement strategy when it comes to online enquiries.

Our clients have given us feedback in regards to email enquiries through their website form. They have said that it is frequently a dead-end and that it is difficult to contact the customer or impossible, as they only wish to have an email response in the first instance.
